The Commercial/Social Programs and Projects of the East African Sub Saharan Africa Safe Promotions Foundation (EA SSASPF) are designed to empower grass root communities and societies so as to sustainably alleviate poverty, thus the organizations slogan; “Giving back a hand of hope to communities and societies by Teaching how to Fish as opposed to Giving Fish”.
The Commercial/Social Programs and Projects are designed to meet the Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Kenya Vision 2030 which focuses on Poverty alleviation, Food Security, Universal Health Care and Education for all.
The Social Programs and Projects targets the vulnerable communities in both rural / urban and especially the Youth, Women, Widows / Widowers who are encouraged to form groups of 15 members (Cluster) and register with the organization in order to be properly identified and there after qualify for empowerment through the Social Programs / Projects.
The identification of Programs and Projects are dependent upon suitability and since majority of them are agribusiness oriented, Climatic, Soils, availability of inputs and market are strategic factors the organization considers in order to ensure sustainability of all the undertakings.
Based on the above, various belts have been identified capturing counties where climatic conditions are suitable for the same on the map below;
