  • Must be an adult Kenyan citizen of sound mind residing in Kenya, aged 18 years and above.
  • One must be a registered member of EA-SSASPF in a Cluster of 15 persons, who knows one another well and can be able to guarantee one another without doubt.
  • The 15 members must be residents in the EA-SSASPF designated Regions in a particular County in the Republic of Kenya.
  • Upon registration, a cluster is issued with an unique coded certificate bearing the cluster name, and Cluster members names, which is distinct identity to the cluster group and transits the cluster group to Investment application under NEW SSASP INVESTMENT LIMITED on meeting the prerequisite administrative requirements.
